Red wines are best served at a temperature of 16-18 degree centigrade, White wines and Sparkling wines at a temperature of 10-12 degree centigrade, and Chardonnay at temperature of 12-14 degree centigrade.
The Whites must be consumed within 12-14 months. The Reds can last up to two years.
It is advisable to store the wines in any dark and airy location (no A/C required) but never under direct sunlight.
